Data Analyst - Web Tracking

We are looking for a young professional that is passionated about E-Commerce, Web Tracking and creating value from data.

In this role, you will be part of the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics area working together with our Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists on helping us to understand the behaviour of our customers and contributing to build better products and services for them.

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of our Web tracking, Tag Management, A/B Testing setups
  • Proactive auditing, testing, debugging and monitoring of the tracking setup
  • Develop tracking and a/b testing concepts for our digital products
  • Support and consult Tech, Product and Marketing teams on implementation of Web tracking related functionalities in their digital products (definition of dataLayer events & data points to measure)
  • Generate & share ad-hoc-insights, help building custom reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from other teams like performance marketing, crm, data science, ux, tech, product, etc on combining and merging web tracking data with additional data points and insights
  • Contribute to educating various audiences around web tracking, tag management and a/b testing

You've got
  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce, digital marketing & digital analytics
  • A passion for the sweet spot between coding and insight generation
  • Creating, collecting and communicating data findings or requirements sounds like a lot of fun to you
  • Proven 1-2 years first hands-on of experience in Data or Marketing Analytics with a clear focus on web tracking implementation and behavioural insights
  • an educational background with a technical focus in Data Science, Software Development, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or a field that is closely related
  • first practical experiences in writing code (Javascript / Typescript / Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of web technology
  • good knowledge in E-Commerce relevant KPI’s and metrics
  • first experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Optimizely, Looker Studio or similar tools be a plus
