As a working student (m/f/d) in our Vendor Support team, you will be working with a dynamic and multination team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not be limited to the following:
- Provide support on post-sales issues to vendors that are currently live on our marketplace
- Continuously improving and documenting our processes while learning
- Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace - Serving as the first point of contact for some vendor service escalations that might come from our Customer Service department

Enrolled in a university course – ideally in linguistics, commerce or business-related field
Availability to work about 16-20 hours a week
Ideally, first working experiences – even if they are in a different setting
A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Outstanding communication skills
Fluent/Native level communication skills in Italian and English
Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
