As our new Marketing Country Coordinator for the French market, you will be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders in our various locations across Europe where you’ll get to deep dive into various topics and cross marketing team activities.
We are looking for a Marketing Country Coordinator (m/f/d) for the French Market
You will be involved in the preparatory work for the launch of our online marketplace on the French market from the very beginning and will be instrumental in the success of Metro Markets France, being a.o. responsible for coordinating & executing marketing activities with the existing METRO business
In addition, the following tasks await you:
You are the first point of contact, the No.1, interface between METRO France marketing team and METRO Markets Marketing Team
You are the conductor, the orchestrator of campaigns for the French e.g. on social media, fairs or for seasonal events such as Black Friday Marketplace in close collaboration with METRO France and the relevant stakeholders
You are the connection point, interlinking METRO e-commerce with the stationary business for the French market
You are responsible for overviewing, monitoring and managing the brand-marketing campaign plan for both online and offline activities in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Furthermore, you ensure a constant improving, expanding and creating targeted marketing processes as well as the continuous optimization of already existing workflows are also part of your daily tasks
Proven project management experience with skills to also setup and optimize processes to establish efficient recurring activities
Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Organizational talent with the ability to manage and track multiple projects, as well as to align with various interfaces and stakeholders (essential)
Effective communication, prioritization and time management skills
Experience in brand marketing and executing marketing campaigns
Strong and proven analytical, as well as conceptual thinking skills
Basic data analysis and Google Analytics knowledge
High level of self-organization
Strategic mindset and hands-on, solution-oriented mentality
Professional/Native level in French and English is essential!
Any other European language is highly beneficial
