Working Student - Vendor Support (German market) (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/f/d) in our Vendor Support team, you will be working with dynamic and multination team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Provide support on post-sales issues to vendors that are currently live on our marketplace
- Continuously improving and documenting our processes while learning
- Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace - Serving as the first point of contact for some vendor service escalations that might come from our Customer Service department

Enrolled in a university course – ideally in a linguistics, commerce or business-related field
Availability to work about 16-20 hours a week
Ideally, first working experiences – even if they are in a different setting
A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, specially Excel
Outstanding communication skills
Fluent/Native level communication skills in German and English
Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
